All Services are subject to a written or verbal estimate provided by BIG O TREE SERVICE LLCprior to work beginning. Estimates are free and carry no obligation.

• Site accessibility for equipment

A written or verbal quote is provided before any work begins. Changes to scope of work may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Service Agreements & Payment

Work begins only with customer authorization (verbal or written). Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.BIG O TREE SERVICE LLC accepts cash, check, and common electronic payment methods as agreed.

For large commercial projects, a written contract and deposit schedule may apply. Any deposit terms will be clearly stated in writing before collection.

5. Insurance & Liability

BIG O TREE SERVICE LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request before any work begins.

While we take every precaution, tree work involves inherent risks. BIG O TREE SERVICE LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage unrelated to our work
• Underground utility lines, irrigation systems, or structures not disclosed before work
• Normal settling of lawns after stump grinding
• Damage caused by customer's failure to provide accurate site information

Customers are responsible for disclosing all known underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, and property features before work begins.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

BIG O TREE SERVICE LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find an alternative time.
